That page is a marketplace: several independent pharmacies (Hyalo Technologies, Nova Specialty, Hallandale, VialsRx, Drug Crafters) each list their own plans and prices for the same drug; the prices recorded above are only for the pharmacy shown by default when the page loads (Hyalo for tirzepatide, VialsRx for semaglutide) -- other pharmacies on the same page show different numbers. Homepage separately advertises 'Every Trillium customer gets an exclusive 90-day free trial of their full dietitian membership,' a bundled perk, not a required fee, so it was not recorded under membership.
