Notes

  1. 1. September 2, 2026Text fetcher found nothing; the store renders fully in a browser with a real per-dose price ladder. IMPORTANT CONTRADICTION: the product named 'Semaglutide / Pyridoxine Tablets' is titled and sold as tablets, but its own 'Dosage & Administration' section reads 'Given as a subcutaneous injection once weekly' — the page contradicts its own product name. Because of that contradiction the form is left not-disclosed for tirzepatide's identical case; for the semaglutide product the drug is still recorded as 'oral semaglutide' per its title/name, with the contradiction flagged here. The 'Tirzepatide Tablets' page has the same drug name vs. injection-instructions contradiction. Also sold but not GLP-1-priced here: 'Semaglutide with (B12 or Glycine)' from $279/mo and 'Tirzepatide with (B12 or Glycine)' from $409/mo (seen only as card previews, not opened).

Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
