Consult fee$0. Strut's pricing block says “Price includes physician consultations and free shipping.” and its product pages say “No Hidden Fees – No Insurance Needed”. No separate consultation or membership charge appears anywhere on the pages recorded.

Notes

  1. 1. September 2, 2026Strut calls this a buccal lozenge that dissolves between the cheek and gum rather than under the tongue. Sublingual is the closest form tracked here.
  2. 2. September 2, 2026Strut publishes two different prices for this lozenge. Its product page says $99 a month. Its own semaglutide category page says $199. The product page blames the gap on a 21% auto-refill discount, but 21% off $199 is about $157, not $99, so the discount does not account for it. Neither page says which price a customer actually pays. The $99 is the figure listed above.
  3. 3. September 2, 2026On where it operates, the company's own wording is: “Where do you ship? As of September 2024, we can ship to all states except for Arkansas. Certain medications may not be available in all states.” No list of served states appears, so none is recorded above.

Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
