Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — YOURx Health confirmed on its own homepage and FAQ; operated by YOURx Health LLC, Beaumont, TX. The site runs two separate GLP-1 tracks that must not be conflated: (1) a 'Body membership' pathway for FDA-approved brand GLP-1s (Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, and a new 'Foundayo pill'/orforglipron) fulfilled via insurance-or-cash through a Ro-affiliated provider network, where the membership fee ($39 first month, then $74–$149/month) explicitly EXCLUDES medication cost — recorded under membership, not prices, per the assignment's rule; and (2) separate flat-fee 'Semaglutide Injection' ($159/month) and 'Tirzepatide Injection' ($179/month) product pages, marketed as B12-enhanced injectables with 'What's Included' listing consultation, supplies, shipping and support (medication is the product itself, not itemized separately, so these are recorded as prices). It was not possible to determine from the site whether track (2) uses FDA-approved or compounded medication. States: the FAQ states 'We service all states except Mississippi' — an exclusion, so per the assignment's rule the states list is left empty rather than inverted into 'all states.' Medical care is delivered through a 'Dr. Telx network' / 'clinical partner, MD Integrations' per the FAQ, and no in-person visit is required for the physician review step.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
