No separate membership fee exists; the flat price is explicitly all-inclusive (consult, medication, supplies, shipping). Prescribing is done by an affiliated but separately named practice, Wasef Health, PC (Medical Director Dr. Michael Wasef, MD), not by 'Ondra Health' as the legal prescriber; consult model is asynchronous ('no appointments, no waiting rooms'). Coverage is stated broadly as 'licensed in all 50 states,' though the site also notes that specific plan lengths and pharmacy partners vary by state, so not every plan/pharmacy combination is guaranteed everywhere.
