Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — A text-only fetcher had marked this 'unreachable'; the whole site renders fine in a browser and publishes real prices. Two overlapping price structures appear on the site and disagree slightly: the homepage banner quotes 'Semaglutide from $149/mo' and 'Tirzepatide from $199/mo' with a $30 today-deposit ('ONLY $30 DUE TODAY · NO MEDICATION PAYMENT UNTIL PRESCRIBED'), while the dedicated /weightlossprogram page names the same two tiers 'Weight Loss Program' ($145/mo) and 'Enhanced Weight Loss Program' ($199/mo). The homepage also shows a payment-plan breakdown ('$149 Semaglutide 4 × $37.25 ~$25/mo') whose relationship to the $149/mo headline price is not explained on the page. /pricing, /terms, /weight-loss and /semaglutide all 404; the real pricing lives at /weightlossprogram. Neither compounding nor a brand name (Wegovy/Zepbound) is ever stated for the medication — only 'semaglutide and tirzepatide' generically — so 'compounded' here is the closest schema fit, not a page statement, and is flagged as such.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
