Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — Sitewide banners advertise 'Personalized GLP-1 Treatments — As low as $119/mo*' with a footnote '*On a 12-month plan', repeated on the homepage and the GLP-1 product page. But the actual pricing cards on that same product page show no 12-month tier at all — only a 3-Month plan ($169/mo) and Monthly plan ($199/mo) for semaglutide, and a Monthly plan ($299/mo) for tirzepatide. A separate FAQ block further down the identical page states flat pricing of $119 (semaglutide) and $179 (tirzepatide) 'for all dose levels' — a third, different set of numbers. The advertised '$119/mo, 12-month plan' figure does not resolve to any actual line-item price shown anywhere on the page. Ozempic® and Zepbound® brand pages carry no price at all in static text (checkout is JS-gated).
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
