Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — This is the exact membership trap the brief warns about: '$39/mo* + medication cost' with 'MEDICATION OPTIONS (BILLED SEPARATELY) Compounded Semaglutide + $119/mo, Compounded Tirzepatide + $199/mo.' The $79/mo (after a $39 first-month promo) membership fee is recorded separately in `membership`; the disclosed add-on medication prices are recorded in `prices` but labeled to make clear they exclude the required membership -- true total monthly cost is membership + medication (e.g. $198/mo for semaglutide after month one), which is not itself quoted anywhere on the page so it was not fabricated as a single perMonth figure. Brand options Zepbound and Wegovy are also offered but no price is shown for either. Terms page: 'All sales are final. Regenics does not offer refunds on consultations, prescriptions, or wellness products' -- this conflicts with the homepage's 'Cancel anytime' membership claim, though the two describe different things (cancelling the recurring membership vs. refunding a purchase already made).
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
