Sourcing and terms

| Prescriber | Both |
| Cancellation | “Medical weight loss programs, including those utilizing Tirzepatide and Semaglutide, require a three-month commitment, as the Company provides three months of medication upfront. Customers enrolling in these programs must adhere to the three-month subscription term, regardless of the chosen payment plan. If a customer cancels before completing the three-month commitment, they will be charged an early cancellation fee equivalent to the full retail monthly price of the program.” |
| Membership | None. “Our weight loss programs do not charge a membership fee, everything is included.” |
Not yet checked: pharmacy and consult fee.

Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — This site publishes multiple different prices for the same product with no way to tell which is current: Tirzepatide appears at $144.49/mo, $399/mo, and $449/mo in different spots, and Semaglutide at $99.97/mo and $199/mo. Marketing copy also says 'Cancel anytime plans' and 'No Insurance Needed. No Membership Fees,' but the actual Shipping/Returns & Refund Policy requires a 3-month commitment with an early-cancellation fee equal to a full month's retail price — a direct contradiction with the marketing claim, so cancellation is recorded from the policy page, the more authoritative source. The site also has leftover template content bleeding into the GLP-1 pages: a 'tallow balm' skincare product description and visible Lorem-ipsum placeholder text appear embedded on both the Tirzepatide and Semaglutide product pages.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
