The $195/mo (and $175/$249/$265 variants) figure is explicitly the FULL price including medication -- 'Membership includes medication, supplies and unlimited virtual visits' and 'The starting price for the average dose of compounded semaglutide is $195 per month — for everything' -- so these were recorded as prices, not membership, since medication is included rather than billed separately. Quarterly upfront totals ($525, $747) are arithmetic derived from the stated monthly-equivalent figures ($175 x 3, $249 x 3); the site states the discount is '$20/month discount from quarterly (3-month) all in one payment equals $60 total discount.' Neither vial nor pen is specified for the self-administered subcutaneous injection, so form is not-disclosed. Site does not mention tirzepatide/Zepbound/Mounjaro anywhere in pages checked.
