- 1. September 2, 2026 — Two separate GLP-1 tracks exist on this site with very different pricing logic. The 'Personalized GLP-1' / 'Personalized GLP-1/GIP' compounded products are billed as an all-inclusive $199/mo and $249/mo (medication included, per the 'Included Medications' comparison table). The branded Wegovy/Zepbound track is a $149/mo membership/consultation fee that explicitly excludes the medication ('Price of the medication(s) are charged upon consult approval'), so it was recorded as membership, not a price. The page's own copy is confusingly worded (it lists a '$149/mo' consultation charge in step 2 and a separate '$149/mo' Membership Fee in step 3 — possibly the same fee described twice, possibly two stacked fees); either way, no dollar figure for the branded medication itself is published. Wegovy is offered as both pen and pill at the same $149/mo consult price, so the pill/pen split could not be priced separately.
