The register has not established whether this program ships a vial, a pen, or another form. That is a gap in our record, not a statement about the company.

Notes
- 1. September 2, 2026 — The most transparent price chart found in this batch: a full 4-tier (monthly/3-month/6-month/annual) price table published for six GLP-1 SKUs (semaglutide injectable, semaglutide dissolvable tablet, semaglutide+naltrexone combo, tirzepatide injectable, tirzepatide dissolvable tablet, and a 9-formula 'microdose' combo line recorded as unspecified GLP-1). Although the site's own footer describes state coverage tersely as '48 states + DC... AK and MS not served' (an exclusion phrasing), the dedicated /state-coverage page separately prints the full enumerated 'Currently served' list of all 48 state names plus DC, so the served list was taken from that page rather than left not-found. Neither injectable product page states vial vs. pen.
- 2. September 3, 2026 — TelePeptide names the two states it does not serve rather than listing the rest: “TelePeptide currently provides telehealth services in 48 US states and the District of Columbia; we do not serve residents of Alaska or Mississippi at this time.” The 48 are recorded from that sentence. Its consultation fee is disclosed but never priced on the site — the terms say the fee “is included in the program price you pay - it is not billed as a separate charge”, and that “the specific consultation fee applicable to your care is disclosed at checkout”.
Treatment Registry is an independent editorial record. It is not a government registry, a licensing body, or a certification. An entry means we recorded what a company published on a given date. It does not mean we recommend the program, and it does not mean the program is approved by anyone.
