Health & Nutrition Coaching ($49/mo) and Meal Planning ($99) are separate add-on services, not a GLP-1 membership fee, so they aren't recorded as membership. Oral and injectable forms of semaglutide/tirzepatide are both explicitly compounded ('Compounded GLP-1 formulations are not FDA-approved... prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies').
