- 1. PlushCare shows no price at all before account creation. A first-hand walk-through with a research identity went eight screens from the "Am I a Candidate?" entry to the profile screen, stopped at account creation. No price appeared on any of them. Screenshot on file.
- 2. The medication list, from the same page and the same read: "FDA-approved weight loss medications Zepbound™ Wegovy® Saxenda® Contrave® Xenical®" and "Type-2 diabetes medications Mounjaro® Ozempic® Victoza® GLP-1s", with "Rybelsus®" and "Metformin" added lower down. The page also says PlushCare's "care team can help with prior authorizations if needed", which is a service, not a price.

- 3. PlushCare's booking funnel uses a countdown timer to pressure users into creating a profile before an appointment slot expires. The screen reads "We're holding your appointment: 4:43", then "Dr. Rajat Lamington · 4.8 · Monday, August 31, 2026 · 4:15 PM CDT" and "This appointment is reserved for you.
